At Anamalz, we believe toys should be made to last. That's why every Anamalz manufactured from 2020 onwards is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Lifetime Guarantee

If your Anamalz arrives in less than perfect condition, or develops a manufacturing fault during normal use, we'll happily replace it.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Products manufactured from 2020 onwards.
• Defects that occur during normal use.

What's Not Covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse or improper care.
• Products manufactured before 2020.

How to Make a Claim

Simply email info@anamalz.com with:

• Your proof of purchase (where available)
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the product

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange a replacement if your product is covered under our guarantee.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@anamalz.com before returning it.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. If the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order, we'll also cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

• Faulty or incorrect products: We cover the return shipping costs.
• Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
