Changed your mind?
You can return your Anamalz within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Once it's back with us and checked over, we'll refund your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost.
Arrived faulty or incorrect?
That's on us. If your order turned up faulty or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping and sort a replacement or refund — just get in touch.
Exchanges
Fancy a different animal? The simplest way is to return your original (within 30 days, unused and in its packaging) and place a new order. Prefer a hand? Email us and we'll help arrange it. [confirm your exact exchange process]

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your return.
